Actually its a big buy signal that she has a large position in the company. Reality check: She is an insider but with no legal impediments to selling. If she thought or believed the business was in trouble she would have been offloading and JA would have been screaming it out loud.
What JA should be asking is why is she still holding if the business is about to crumble.
If she trades I CTD shares yes, its a danger signal but she appears to be a long term holder.
JA motives are very questionable. What he is ignoring is the 'actual' performance of the business. Yes, if it turns out a shocker full year go for it ------until then 'zip it'.
