You are sitting on the longest burn on the book. PTX may, or may not, deliver meaningful results from a number of imminent trials. Any results may, or may not, 'move' the share price and if I were you, I wouldn't expect meaningful data for 18 months minimum.
In that time PTX is more than likely to require further funding, probably from you and other shareholders and if you chose not to take part, your holding will be substantially diluted.
Should the above happen and positive data is gathered, they will likely look to do further trials to further validate their findings/claims, which will require more money and probably more dilution. Their MO is to get enough data together to catch the interest in a passing drug company with an interest in each of their target research areas. With luck, this will result in some sort of commercial transaction for an unquantifiable sum, all of which may, or may not, occur at an unspecified future point, which nobody can realistically predict. (Nobody. Not the CEO, not the Chairman, not the broker, not the analyst).
So, what will 'move' the sp? IMO, the CR that is looming on the horizon is the most likely event. Trouble is, it might not be a 'move' in the 'right' direction for many.
A more (unrealistically) optimistic perspective would suggest that this data will blow the minds of the licensing execs of global pharma companies (who take calls from thousands of hopeful biotechs the world over) who will trip over themselves to partner up with one or more of PTX's programmes and write a cheque for squillions, thus enriching all who kept the faith.
