Matt, regrettably I think you're on the ball here. This proposed TGE sounds terribly dodgy and is most reasonably interpreted as yet another sly move by management to milk everything they can from this lamentable concern. I really admire those with positive sentiment: Just hope I end up eating my words, but the more recent track record generated by BPG speaks volumes for a bad outcome.
