I like your works MSN and agree - it would be a one way conversation.
I don't know if ASIC treat formal enquiries from the public at a lower priority than from the ASX but I am still awaiting a response from ASIC from a different enquiry I made in March this year. If it's on a FIFO basis then we may as well just go back to sleep because the ASX can't do anything until ASIC clears them and we have no idea what the ASX's complaint to ASIC was.
IMO, before this goes live, I reckon the Board will provide a gazillion options at a fraction of the price to the directors. That would be consistent.
