That is a fair few tokens. Binance for example has just under 10% of that volume. I would love to see their long term plan for the coin. If successful and the exchange continues to grow and takes market share, it could be worth the risk for a small investment. I definitely wouldn't go in hard.
The Binance coin was around 10 cents in the early days (last year), now 17 dollars.
