I do own shares in Stratex, in fact I own as many as the all the directors combined, 3 board members do not own any shares, including the CEO. I am furious over being wiped out, I have emailed the company and received replies but nothing that addresses my concerns.

The best I can hope for is that the London market likes the new company and there will be a strong re-rate. Will we see a £50m market cap I have no idea, do you? We could all really do with a surge in the gold price to assist the situation.
