As a former holder I'm absolutely stunned as to how much of a dud Track has turned out to be. $10m revenue for the quarter is abysmal given how fantastically the Q&A division continues to grow. If you stripped out Q&A from the revenue/EBTIDA numbers, track has fallen flat on its face from the pre-acquisition numbers. I know this isn't new news, but it's really quite shocking none the less. Lots of lessons to learn from this.
The positive news is the business is finally about to turn a corner on debt and have serious FCF to either reinvest into growth or return some cash to SH's. There has got to be some serious MCap upside from here to get to a fair value. Could be a massive 9 months in store SP wise for Crowd. Good luck guys
