I dont actually think Dom needs to resign as getting new blood...

I dont actually think Dom needs to resign as getting new blood on the board to replace Dom would only slow things down IMO. Dom obviously knows this business inside out and is an integral part of the operation. Maybe a salary reduction and more performance based remuneration would be the way to go although because he has a substantial amount of shares that to is a big motivator for him to have this company back on track. I am happy to hold and buy at these low levels as it is obvious the new division is heading in the right direction and once they have more runs on the board this will speed up the expansion and obviously the revenues will flow.
