The BEST thing to do is write on here what you think about how the company is going and being run. Domenic reads these posts I can guarantee that.

He is also the biggest loser when it comes to the share price going down.

The Directors need to take a pay cut and take a reality check on getting paid based on results.

I do however believe that they have run the knife through the company and are trimming the fat  moving forward.

How that will effect the bottom line I am sure the half yearly coming out soon will give us some clues.

There is a little saying.

"Your actions speak so loud I cannot hear the words you say"

So a little message to the company would be enough of the videos telling shareholders how confident you are moving forward.
