I also agree that directors and stakeholders must be remunerated based on performance and profit and voted accordingly recently.
Personally however I'd like to thank everyone for their "negative" comments over the last few months. It's allowed me to enter the top 20 at these low levels and significantly increase my holdings. 
Whilst frustrating - the company is in significant transition and it will take time-  understanding the traditional revenue streams and and what they are transitioning to is the key. 
SCHUMOJI results should be interesting
