You would have to be hoping their new initiatives will be bearing fruit in the new division and their cost cutting will enhance the bottom line across the entire group.

It would be prudent to read through the half yearly accounts very carefully to see how everything is going.

As indicated before a new business division takes time to make profits but if they are getting the runs on the board and proving their systems work I believe the profits will follow.
