I would very happily pay more IF Dom & Co earnt it, but it seems directors just wanna be paid REGARDLESS of RESULTS.
Yet all NORMAL business acumen says..... From results come profits and from profits come thee rewards . ha ha ha ha ha  ahaa

Why can these directors allow huge  payment before results are there. IMO GREEDY
