We agree on 1 thing, the company needs CASH.

Just to be clear, there has been no investment in NuSep. The "investment" was a non-cash invetsment in PRIME Biologics and had a nominal value, determined by the company/parties involved. It was not independent and we no longer have auditors who will look closely at the company and the actions of our board.

We've been hearing for years about investors circling, and they appear to continue in a holding pattern. Our board/management have been incapable of getting any fresh capital into NuSep, despite its constant bleeding, for over 12 months (with the exception of the recently announced 12% loan).

On the matter of questions, RB, you seem like a decent bloke, BUT, the plethora of questions posted on HC could be put to JM. It will take a fair bit of work by you to gather these, as my guess is there is something like 100 unanswered questions, with at least 50 of those concerning Gohgate.

If I could only get 1 question answered, it would be "Why are we paying 12% and Mr Goh is not?"
