Of course you are correct.
Factually I note that there are only 114,289 shares up for grabs below 10 cents as I type this and not many more beyond that level either. Have a look at the depth. The tide may be turning despite the continued calls from many of us here for an intentional and determined approach to improve governance
As a relatively long term investor, who has continued to buy (or average down) I invested because of the IP and the opportunity to invest in something where the product/s would be ethical and useful. I continue to see the potential. I think I am a glass half full person and that is why I have posted so often on the need for our company to lift its game in the area of corporate governance. With better transparency and regular reporting against targets I suspect we would all be a lot happier, even though those targets haven't been met. More importantly I suspect that the SP would be a lot higher today if that transparency had been delivered. I regret now that I didn't support the rebels in their bid to get two additional independent directors on the Board (I was put off by the armaments background of one of the candidates).
RB can I suggest you implore JB to think of the future and focus now on transitioning the company's public corporate persona from that of an entrepreneurial upstart to the next stage of its corporate life-cycle where it will need to demonstrate more maturity. Appointing an additional independent director with good governance credentials would be a good first step. Bringing in such a person as an independent non executive chairman would be even better. Then maybe we might see a genuine (as opposed to false) market develop for shares in our company, perhaps even with sustained interest into the future.
