If you haven't taken up the offer already - I guess - you'll soon have 1 CDD and 1 CDDE. You'll only be able to buy one cum offer or ex offer.
The offer is subject to no competing offer emerging. So I'm not sure if you can actually sell the shares yet, as if a competing offer comes up, that will cause complications. I plan to wait until the last minute to accept, as I think the offer is too low, but am not really precious about holding alongside Crescent I guess.
