Thanks BobF for your post. Do you have any thoughts on what effect reflected uv would have on the harvesting capacity of the glass?

As I understand it, uv can be reflected off most surfaces to varying degrees depending on the type of surface.

I believe concrete, snow and water are good reflective surfaces.

I would think future designs would be able to optimise the harvesting capability of buildings through architecture and orientation.

Could strategically placed reflectors (mirrors?) be used to direct uv into areas that are usually shaded?
