150 - 170 W/sqm? Definitely not.
The Clearvue website states >30w/sqm. If they are achieving much higher than this, it would be updated
Conventional PV is at best 200w/sqm, and that's using all wavelengths of light. Clearvue's products use IR and UV only.
Additionally, any new methods from the Edith Cowan research will not likely be used in combination with the current technology, unless they plan on capturing visible light. Which obviously defeats the purpose of using the technology in glass, as well as hindering other ESD techniques such as daylight harvesting.
