My credibility here is pretty shot after claiming .20c was the base and our big holders would not let it go further.
But take note of the reassurance in announcement of spending efficiencies, more departments considering product ,contracting of a head hunter for better executives and the gem of no capital market dipping for at least 18 mths.

Something akin to desperation IS required . They are backed into a corner ,hopefully they have the fight in them ,hence this announcement.
