I'm relatively new to HC and have ignored Ammtec as a lost cause. One of my largest holdings. Agree with sentiments - a good company gone cheapish. all that growth lost.

HOWEVER, is it over yet. The ex-div date hase come and gone, so one would get $3.85 from Campbell's cash offer (+divs). Yet I could sell some shares this morning at 3.96!! What is in it for someone buying at $3.96 (there were higher prices)?

Is someone making a play to be a spoiler? Seeking a yet higher price from CPB?
