I attended the AGM and having been a shareholder since Mr Trahar & Co have been involved (ie: 2001) I'm an obvious long term supporter of the company and management!
The meeting was well attended by shareholders, brokers, etc and presentations made by the Chairman, Chris Mitchell (carbon business) and Dallas Donovan (aquaculture/Project Sea Dragon) were very positive.
PSD is the future albeit that the Queensland farms will be positive contributors to earnings/profits as improvements are made to operations.
Legune Station is (will become ) the jewel I the crown and I would expect ASX announcements on this over coming months.
On your point about Resolution 4, it's a standard annual resolution that requires shareholder approval each year nothing more to it than that.
Expect the name change to Seafarms Group Limited (SFG) next week.
Those who attended were treated to freshly harvested prawns from the Cardwell farm (Crystal Bay) both Banana & Tigers and I can say these were excellent and presented superbly.
