If you look at page 18 of the presentation, there is a chart for 2014 showing the month-by-month sales volume.
Between October and November, there was a spike in the sales volume, increasing by about 70%, from just under 100,000 to around 170,000.
Between November and December the sales volume jumped even higher, from c.170,000 to over 300,000.
You may remember the Matthew Evan's documentary 'What's the Catch?' about the fishing industry. Interestingly, the Evans series screened at the end of October and into November, just before the spike in sales.
I also note that the shift by the company from Banana prawns to Black tiger prawns, the latter having been featured in one of Matthew Evan's recipes on the show.
It appears as if Evans may have given the company a bit of a free kick...
