I don't much about this Cowan conference, but looking at the other presenters name list....Lockheed Martin(F-22), Boeing....this is a huge opportunity for DRO I think, at least prove they have the right military connections.
Any retail drone incident in a large capital city in 2017 will set this rocket on fire....
