A positive step forward for the company here.

As the company matures and continues to push forward, the value of Joe Miller and Phillip King on the board becomes less and less as their skills sets in the Private Equity / capital raising / early stage tech space is less of value to CVT.

I think the new appointment is certainly of value to the company as they look to dominate the UK market, one Government department at a time.

I would of been asking questions if Chuck Archer or Phil Dunkleburger had stepped down.
