Reading the various conditions there are a lot of boxes that need to be ticked to get the deal across the line.
Without a detailed knowledge of the acquisition it is difficult for shareholders to assess the likely positive impact this will have on the Company if it proceeds - the Company has a solid experienced management and reasonable directors so we have to assume they have done their homework and it does represent a company transforming acquisition. To say CVT has not performed well over the last few years is an understatement - the fall to a 1.5c share price is testament to the market's assessment of the company - it will be interesting to see what happens to the share price after this announcement. I decided to average down the other day so it might have been a lucky decision.
