re: Ann: LCE: Court Orders re Inspection of P... It would be nice if Penrice was to issue a press release explaining what they think LCE are pursuing and their response to it.
It seems LCE are going to have a detailed look at PSH which other shareholders will not. To level the playing field a little it would be good for PSH to issue a summary of the documents which LCE alone will be viewing.
Interesting that the court has granted access for LCE to understand the directors insurance cover.
If PSH don't explain in a forthright manner what is going on it will leave its shareholders and banks to draw their own conclusions.
