    Hi all,

    It is my understanding that CDB accepted an adjournment for the Court hearing originally scheduled for the 20th October as Darby requested time to prepare an affidavit. I believe that CDB were very happy to allow Darby to put his story on the record.

    The hearing should be sometime in November.

    It will be very interesting to hear what Darby has to say!

    I've also heard that CDB have a couple of good prospects in the pipeline......
