Why would EXC shareholders vote yes?
SP is now below pre-bid levels...so we're giving them our shares at a discount, why? Also, how can EXC shareholders be expected to vote yes when it is unclear about the status of the AWV project. I aslo cant see how the Independent Expert report will advise that this is fair and reasonable for EXC shareholders.
