A good chance it is LCE dumping out.
So what's the skinny on their attempt to get access to the books? There must have been a red flag somewhere in the past for them to make this move - Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Has this case been heard in court yet?
Have they had access to the books yet?
Is this sell down a precursor to them 'bringing appropriate proceedings'?
