They'll have around $6.5m after this raise including raising costs, for an EV of around $800k - and if all results are good and they proceed to second round of expenditure on project (which would command a significantly higher marker cap) then that would have consumed $5m to earn the 25%.
But there is scope for further acquisitions from Jeremy King and O'Keefe I would think.
Doubt anyone whos not an insider would be able to get a decent chunk of this raise though. EV too cheap especially with operators like these two leading the company, for them to give it away .
