Looks like BPH will have to change its name again, as they will be primarily in the business of holding investments in DB related ventures.

Healthy management fees and underwriter options

$100K pa to Swinburne
$10K per month (up to $20K) to GBA depending on how much the prospectus raises. SO, I'm guessing BPH will take up all of the extra 10mill, if they have any cash

5% + 1% of total monies for the underwriter


GBA looks to be the winner from all this - most of the money, and all of the risk passing to the sub-underwriters, BPH

Let's hope all our shares aren't classed as restricted securities and escrowed on listing !
