I'll already bet that flogging off your Cortical shares won't be made easy for you. Escrow would be my thoughts. [although knowing them perhaps a hefty exit fee would sound true to form]
Firstly they have to be worth something though.
I only hope I am still alive when MDS come up for IPO.
Watching this with interest as it will definitely shape or kill off any thought of MDS float.
