I note that Trandcorp , Swineburne and GBA are not forking out for more !

Funny that .

BPH is of course a buyer of the shares it gave away . ... and GBA as usual get the freebies .

I suppose we will find out soon if the IPO was a success . The fact it is underwritten on a best endeavours basis means nothing when there is no funds to back it up .

GBA could probably raise enough to buy the $800k parcel if it wanted . Some would prefer to invest there for the intrinsic value ( like me for instance ) .
