Yes - a small number of shares on issue is attractive - but the number became what it is now through a consolidation of shares and then a capital raise - the share price never reached the pre-consolidation value and in the end the real dollar value of our shares were less than a quarter of what they should be.
DB should have left BPH as it was - a biotech. That's not to say it would be a higher SP than it currently is, but at the very least it would not have declined as much as a result of the PEP11 duster.
