re: Ann: Cortical Dynamics Ltd - Initial Publ... I still cant see this getting up without some escrow period on all shares issued to date. Why would anyone want to pay 20c in an ipo when they would know that there would be millions of shares hitting the market on day 1 and they could probably pick them up for 5c or less. I think if someone offered me 5c for my shares i'd take the cash. Maybe a third party takeover might be in the wings and they are going through the motions!!!!
