re: Ann: Cortical Dynamics Ltd - Initial Publ... Found my letter. I have more than 48000 Cortical Dynamics shares.
This as to escrow:-
"3.5 Restricted Securities
Subject to the Company being admitted to the Official List, certain of the Securities on
issue prior to the Offer and certain of the Shares issued on exercise of the Options on
issue prior to the Offer, are likely to be classified by ASX as restricted securities and will
be required to be held in escrow."
I have a feeling that existing Cortical Dynamics shareholders may be looking at a 24 month escrow period following listing
