Sorry for the delay in responding to your post.
I purposely do not visit the BPH board on a regular basis.

What I was referring to was the Cortical Dynamics Prospectus
(which incidentally was the second prospectus issued - as a replacement)for the offer of up to 10 million shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share together with one (1) free attaching Option exercisable at $0.20 on or before 30 September 2012 bla bla blaaa!!!

The point I was trying to make in my previous post was just give us our entitlement outstanding more than 3 years now, before asking any of us to dig deeper for more cash!!!

Breeze and Co always have seemed like miles ahead of themselves......one thing at a time would be more prudent than blotting your copy book D.B.
