    I wonder what the debt covenants are from Blackrock, hopefully not a minimum market cap requirement/ debt to equity ratio...

    Whilst i don't believe this announcement to be terminal for the company, it certainly sets them back in terms of shareholder support / credibility in the near term. I just hope that their revenue generation can only improve to service the increasing debt burden within the business.
