This sell off is very overdone IMHO
When the Sept Qtly came out, the share price dropped from the 95c - $1 range down to 74c ish over the 3 months till the latest Qtly was released. A 25% drop I think mainly because sales for the Sept Q dropped from $6.6m to $6.3m despite a good increase in GWh under management (whatever that means) This was the 1st time sales had actually dropped in the history of the company.
The company maintained it's guidance of $44m for the fiscal year despite the 1st 2 Q's cahflows of $6.6m & $6.3m. I don't think the market believed the $44m figure and it certainly wasn't factored into the share price - hence the 25% share price drop. In the Dec Q, sales increased to $6.8m with no mention of GWh, guidance was reduced from $44m to a still very respectable $32m. Yet the share price took a 20% hit yesterday and a further 10% today.
In my opinion these lower figures were already factored into the share price, so this current 30% drop is very much an over reaction.
I topped up at 59c, I think it's a bargain, time will tell I suppose.
