Before you sell, a few things to consider..
-Most investors are angry, it is already down 20% today, following about the same over the previous 3 months, more tomorrow?
is this sell off over done??
-Are the fundamentals that bad or is it just because investors are angry at managements reporting?
-Would some one like Warren Buffet be buying or selling - he thrives on herd type selling
-They revised EBITDA etc, but still maintain $32m sales for the FY2019
considering only $13m for the 1st 2 Q's in the cash flow, the next 2 Q's are expected to be good
-This stock is very illiquid, thinly traded, any sell off will be exaggerated.
Would be very interesting to be a fly on the wall listening to the dialogue between EGP Capital & LPE management, EGP say they wont charge fees if they don't make profits, they were already dragged down into negative territory due to the retrace in LPE, todays drop if sustained will really hurt them.
