Hi I think that this is the most likely reason for this current SPP. We were led to believe that the Equipment was being produced and ready for shipment only waiting on the grant of the Mining License. I think that I could go back to various announcements that are the reasons for my current thinking . Cheers Towie DYOR as I may have had too many REDS when I read these announcements Towie
