The profit arguement is somewhat flawed. Take a miner for example. It may have a market cap of $15m based on an upcoming drilling program and the permits/resources it acquired through a cap raise. No profit in this case.
Now look at CNW. No profit either. But the value is in the high growth companies it purchases and the massive revenues is builds.
Size & market share is obviously the goal. Take amazon for instance. Market share is all it cares about. Profit isn’t it’s focus. It just wants to take out Harvey Norman and co.
I’ve asked everybody to study the financials of MOQ & BPF so you can benchmark CNW against its market peers. CNW is a growing business & undervalued compared to its peers.
Cost cutting and restructuring will come but market share is key right now hence the purchase of correct comms.
