I think the only issue with the 2P upgrade is that they will only announce upgrading a portion of 2C. The market (despite being told) might not understand this was to be the case and also might not understand that the remaining 2C can and likely will be later upgraded to 2P (as opposed to our final 2P only being a smaller percentage of the initial 2C. I really hope the company makes all of this very clear to the market.
