DCP is the big midstream player in the DJ Basin with I believe 11 (or building the 11th) plants in the DJ. Cost to build 200 MMcfpd plant is about $400M.

Have a look where they all are. Have a look at where the pipeline to those plants are.

FPL does not have pipeline quality gas. Are you proposing FPL build a plant (a small plant capable of treating massive amounts of gas though). That was already proposed after drilling the Niobrara well - the one they refer to in the corporate update.

Sure, NGLs (ethane etc) have value. They aren't processed for free. Gas is sold on Mmbtu basis so yes it should command a heating content premium but you have to get it processed and who is going to provide a pipeline for 500,000 scf or approx 0.5Mmcf???
