I vaguely recall one of the new directors saying that there was no value assigned to Latin Gold. The only asset they saw value in was Sante Fe Gold.

You may recall that my interest in investing in the IGS Con Note was simply related to the Winter Gardens JV that did not eventuate due to funds not secured.

I am still hoping that the new IGS team can secure funds and a new project before year end they quoted. Then my CN can be converted into shares IF the conversion offer is acceptable otherwise I will cash out with accrued interest.

I have no interest nor did I research IGS past directors and failures. If any directors or administrators have not complied with regulations/duties let the authorities take action as appropriate.
