IMO - the con note holders have lost there $ due to the IGS board failure as to the collapse of IGS interests in Latin Gold Brazil Project.
Waiting for another similar offer ? Who in there right mind would pony up $ to IGS ???
IGS should declare bankruptcy and close the doors to allow SH a tax right off !!
IGS = Gone and collecting dust !!
