RNI has not fully paid for Doolgunna yet and it's still in the name of Ascidian Prospecting p/l too until full payment. $300k, the final payment, is due to be paid on or before 7 July. That will then make the money held in kitty pretty small unless there is an injection of funds from somewhere in the meantime.

In addition, AP p/l will get more shares (again). $400k's worth in fact at the lower of 2c (convert to 10c now) or the then prevailing VWAP'd price. Assuming it will be 10c or higher then that will be 4m shares.

Any deal with say SFR until full payment has been made will have to involve David Jones of AP p/l.

The there is this royalty that will have to be dealt with: In addition, RNI will pay Ascidian a 1% gross royalty on minerals produced by RNI from Doolgunna. Question: it doesn't apply if RNI is not the producer?
