I don't know specifically what it means, but this is the key sentence of course: '....received competing transaction proposals from credible parties in relation to the Company and its assets.'

The knowns are that 1. more than one entity has made a transaction proposal and 2. each proposal is in respect of the Company and its assets.

Does 'competing' mean (a) 2 or more parties competing for the same prize? Or does it mean that (b) RNI has received at least 2 different proposals that compete against each other?

Know what I mean? Probably not as I'm not sure either.

This is what I am trying to say. An example of (a) would be a contest over Doolgunna. An example of (b) on the one hand would be that a cornerstone investor (say MLX) wants in and wants to fund Cuba in the process or on the other hand there is a buy-out offer (by SFR) for Doolgunna..

I am surprised though that this ann has been made as it's incomplete and uncertain, but HQ must have good reason for doing it, eh!

I hope that it's (a) though and that SFR ( an interested party for sure) and say MLX or IGO have made competing bids.
