It's a question of what the deal is, incl incentives. This bloke Martin owns a mining services company, it could be a case of agree to this for support of your other company. Before anyone carries on about illegality which this is, none of this stuff ever comes to light. Wgx would have known about this annt. Do you honestly think they gave first right of refusal the flick when they would have had control of process to a certain degree. Sure it may open other doors but wgx would not be interested in RNi, in my opinion it was there to protect the fellows of the past imho.
