I feel very lucky to have got out based on my charts. It's certainly a sock drawer stock now. I suppose the cap raising and dissolution of the loan would serve to protect them from personal liability against the debt. If TAM couldn't pay the debt, would they have found themselves in a position of personal liability to recover the loan?
