They have signed blue chip contracts for the next 10 years generating guaranteed revenue of $21 million dollars.
The whole point of today's announcement was to secure that revenue in to a separate entity away from 1AG so it can be returned to CCIL shareholders.
The current market cap of 1AG is only $6 to $7 million dollars.
